Up to £55k + bonus & wider package

Central London

  • Managing relationships with their DSP and ATD partners
  • Setting up, managing, and optimising programmatic campaigns
  • Working closely with the sales and tech teams, ensuring that all campaigns are ran smoothly

We're working in partnership with a market leading SSP as they look to grow their team following an impressive end to 2017.

They're looking for someone who can lead the account management function for their demand partners; managing the relationships with their DSP (Demand Side Platform) and ATD (Agency Trade Desk) partners. If you're currently working within the digital advertising landscape, this could be a fantastic opportunity to balance your client services and technical advertising operations skills.

The main focus of this role is supporting the sales team (who are selling to DSPs (Demand Side Platforms) & ATDs (Agency Trading Desks)) in delivering and managing client campaigns once they have closed the deal. This role is leading all the account management once they are onboard. To give you a breakdown, the role is split;

  • 30% setting up new campaigns
  • 50% managing live campaigns, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing the client relationship
  • 20% admin, reporting back on campaign performance, etc.

In addition, a key focus of the role will be to improve campaign performance to hit client KPIs, whilst also looking at optimisation strategies to improve revenue and campaign returns.

Who is this role suited to?

  • Someone who is extremely personable and who can build long lasting client relationships
  • Someone who is detail focused and is proactive in finding their own solutions
  • Someone who has experience in a client services, or technical ad ops role at a DSP, SSP, or similar AdTech business
  • Someone who has good knowledge of the programmatic landscape; SSPs, DSPs, ATDs, Media Agencies, API frameworks, Ad Exchanges, Tracking Pixels, 3rd party tags, ad server macros etc.
