The Company

Founded several years ago with 30 offices in 19 countries; this businesses native video advertising solutions encompass a series of formats inserted deep into media content. They are changing the game within the video advertising market by creating unprecedented levels of premium inventory, which did not exist before.

A recent addition to this business means brands, agencies and publishers now have access platform tools which enhance their creative executions, across the platform, through the use of interactive video, vertical video, 360, and data driven creative.

This Role..

Is pivotal to the company's continuing success - driving additional revenue this role provides an excellent springboard for a very strong sales candidate with the ability to design, negotiate and close complex deals within a timely manner with agency groups

You will be required to:

  • Deliver revenue to the business in accordance with agreed levels and timeframes from commercial partners you have identified and developed
  • Maintain these partners and develop relationships further to maximise revenue potential
  • Be open and transparent with the business on accurately forecasting achievable revenue

Minimum requirements

  • Successful sales pedigree, preferably selling to or working @ agency AV / Broadcast or mobile teams.
  • Knowledge of the video market and supporting technologies (VPAID and MRAID)
  • Proven ability to multi-task and nurture multiple prospects and commercial partners whilst meeting deadlines.
  • Existing relationships within the digital video and mobile advertising industry
  • Some technical knowledge of Video standards, performance metrics and a basic understanding of the software involved within digital video (Flash, HTML5, third party tracking tags, etc)
  • Consultative approach
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management and project management skills
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Tenacious, proactive and solution driven attributes
