Farringdon, London - up to £40,000 + Bonus & Benefits

Let me start by telling you a bit about this company! They are a globally known ad-tech/mar-tech business who have been going for about 8 years. They provide a wide range of digital advertising services to some of the world's best brands and after a complete re-structure, change in leadership and re-brand, they are looking to expand their global marketing efforts.

Directly reporting into the Head of Marketing (Who is lovely, inspiring and just a general pleasure to be around) you'll be her lead digital marketer within the team, responsible for the overall strategy & execution of Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Retargeting etc. Although the real focus here is for someone with excellent PPC/Paid Search experience.

With the UK office being the global hub for the brand, you'll be in charge if the output across their main markets and work closely with the campaign executive's who are located in those markets to make sure your strategy & plans are activated correctly. As they are a technology solution, their main customers are major brands/marketers, it will be your job to work out the best idea's and solutions through digital strategy to target these.

You'll obviously already have a good background in google analytics, google adwords and other search tools/platforms. If you don't then unfortunately it's probably not the best role for you, but thank you for the interest!

Back to the brand/team etc. I cannot tell you how much fun you'll have, they are easy going, work hard, play hard kind of team, if that makes sense? You'll get the autonomy & support when you need it and you won't be micro-managed, you'll just be guided to become the best digital marketer you can be.

Away from all the fluffy stuff, you'll do really well in this role if you put in the effort and give it your best shot, it's simply a great role for a candidate either looking to make the move from a performance/PPC driven agency role or a current performance marketing position.
