Description - My client is an award-winning global communications marketing firm that is the chosen partner of some of the largest and emerging businesses in the world, helping them evolve, promote and protect their brands and reputations.

They're also among Glassdoor’s “Best Places to Work” - and are now looking for a seasoned digital marketing professional to look after their Performance Marketing arm.


  • Recommend strategy and budget planning for paid media campaigns
  • Provide tactical guidance on platform executions based on experience
  • Execute digital media campaigns on multiple platforms, including, but not limited to: social partners, SEM channels, content discovery networks, sponsored content, traditional digital advertising
  • Establish best practice planning, buying, data management
  • Optimize digital media campaigns for efficiencies and performance
  • Manage pixels for tracking and retargeting purposes
  • When required, manage reports during and post campaign with insights to help inform and grow future media and content strategy
  • Drive search audits with recommendations by evaluating website health, rankings, website tags
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, key markets, vendors, platforms, and technology partners
  • Support development of product and service offering materials for both internal and external purposes
  • Track budgets to help financial planning and management
  • Taking the lead identifying opportunities to promote the paid media team inside Edelman network
  • Identify opportunities based on day-to-buying experiences to optimize practices
  • Experience in negotiating paid media proposals and rates

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 5+ yrs of experience in digital media planning, buying and activation (ideally having worked in Programmatic, Social, Paid Search, Display, Ad Ops and Data Management Platforms) across the region
  • Effective use of syndicated research & media planning tools (ComScore, GWI, Nielsen etc)
  • Strong knowledge of digital media and platform functions including but not limited to Google (DCM, DBM, Adwords, GA), Social (Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn, Twitter), DSPs)
  • Understanding of web analytic metrics
  • Confident in ad trafficking (display, video), data collection and ad optimizations
  • Has ability to anticipate problems and develops solutions to guide teams
  • Understands role PR and social media play in the overall communications marketing mix
  • Passion for developing media strategies that focuses on paid media in conjunction with community management and content strategy
