Europe's leading entertainment ad sales house are seeking an energetic agency sales person to join their growing team. Through a combination of market innovation, data insight and high-quality service working across display, mobile, rich media and video they are the leaders in the gaming space!

The Role:

Your main role will be to support the programmatic team, by developing structured and consistently managed relationships with the programmatic trading teams within the agencies, and also providing support with the major SSPs. You need to be a focused, proactive self-starter, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you have an enquiring mind and will constantly be looking to drive efficiencies in the way that we develop business. You will be keen to learn how we can maximise our publisher set-ups, deal set-ups and arrangements with the major SSPs. Ideally, you will need to have a combination of some commercial as well as programmatic operational experience.


  • Create a structured approach to servicing the agency trade desks, with regular provision of information and regular deal hygiene checks
  • Feedback information from the ATDs needs back in to the business to evolve the programmatic team
  • Maximise deal revenue by liaising with the programmatic ad ops managers internally
  • Provide support to the programmatic team within the major SSPs
  • Work collaboratively across the business, including liaison with Ad Operations and sales to drive programmatic growth


  • 2+ years of experience in a programmatic role, preferably in either ad-tech, SSP or ATD
  • Contacts within any of the big five agency groups
  • Good awareness and knowledge of the wider programmatic landscape
  • Experience of working with publishers and demonstrate knowledge of publisher waterfalls
  • Willingness to learn new programmatic tech
  • Passionate about promoting best practice within programmatic advertising
