Our client is the leading technology for interactive rich media advertising with an engagement model that creates better advertising experiences that help brands communicate with online audiences in an impactful, meaningful, and enjoyable manner.
They are currently looking for an energetic Account Manager with digital experience and agency contacts to support the Regional Sales Director, who fits the following criteria:
Personality | The person must be independent, intelligent, and ambitious. Being the second hire in APAC, it will eventually lead to a nice career growth. It must be someone who can handle pressure and will not panic if unforeseen situations arise. In summary, someone cool, hard-working, and mature who sees things in perspective.
Responsibilities | This role is a mix of farming and hunting.
- Farming: given the company’s established relationships with key accounts and agencies in the region, they need someone to ensure the company's in touch with them on a regular basis so they don’t miss future briefs and repeat campaigns.
- Hunting: similarly, the prospection of new accounts and agencies must be continued. Bonus therefore if the new team member has existing contacts/friends within agencies.
- Account management: this person will also be responsible to ensure the good execution of on-going campaigns. While we have an Ad Ops team in charge of the campaign setup, optimisation and reporting - we need someone who can still maintain a line of communication with the client in case of emergency (i.e. changes required during the campaign, etc).
Vision | The goal is to have someone who can take over the farming, help on the hunting and oversees the well-being of on-going campaigns – to support the Sales Director in deepening discussions with senior people in agencies, open/expand other markets and participate to more marketing events in order to grow faster and give the company more visibility.
