THE OPPORTUNITY

  • The Sales Director will manage the development of the existing client base across ANZ
  • You will also identify and develop new business, across the market, to meet/exceed agreed revenue targets
  • Prospect, initiate and close new sales opportunities (e.g. Leverage your ANZ advertising / media agency network for leads. Attend tradeshows and events. Seek out and attend customer meetings/presentations. Leverage existing global relationships with Tier 1 & 2 clients to gain entry to prospective new customers.)
  • Develop well thought out value add strategies & deliver proposals that will evolve existing revenue in customer accounts (cross sell/upsell)
  • Be a strategic influencer – Develop relationship with the "right" influencers and senior level decision makers, (both customers and their media agencies / media buyers / partners) to increase sales
  • Be consultative in your approach – Ask the right questions, dig deep to really understand customer's needs, challenges, pain points
  • Develop thorough understanding of our client's products and solutions. Assist in bringing these solutions to market
  • Partner with clients, or their media agency teams throughout the sales lifecycle (e.g. branding teams, performance marketing, data analytics)

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Proven senior sales experience, specifically in the ANZ, digital advertising space
  • Strong digital marketing contacts in ANZ
  • Delivery focused - a proven track record achieving or indeed overachieving, revenue targets
  • You can open and close business - You're experienced going out and prospecting new clients and conducting lead generation / lead follow up. You're not afraid to do this.
  • natural influencer - You have strong public speaking and consulting expertise. You have a natural ability to build rapport and consensus
  • Self-motivated - You have strong self-management skills and sense of urgency
  • Multitasker - Ability to manage multiple projects, and deliver constantly, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
