My client is a leading influencer marketing platform/agency that specializes in connecting brands with influential content creators across various social media platforms. Their cutting-edge technology and data-driven approach enable brands to reach their target audience effectively and authentically. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Executive to join the sales team and drive revenue by acquiring new clients and nurturing relationships with existing ones.

Role Overview:

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and expanding revenue opportunities within their client base. This is a sales-focused role, and you will play a crucial part in building and maintaining strong relationships with brands, agencies, and other potential clients. You will work closely with marketing and account management teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients and optimize the success of influencer marketing campaigns.


  1. New Business Development: Identify and prospect potential clients in the e-commerce, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and other relevant industries. Conduct outreach via phone calls, emails, and social media to schedule meetings and presentations.
  2. Client Engagement: Engage with prospects to understand their influencer marketing needs and objectives. Present the platform’s features and benefits to showcase how they can fulfill their campaign goals effectively.
  3. Relationship Building: Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Understand their evolving needs and propose tailored solutions to enhance campaign success.
  4. Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain an organized sales pipeline, tracking all client interactions and opportunities. Utilize CRM tools effectively to record and update prospect and client information.
  5. Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and execute marketing campaigns that generate leads and build brand awareness. Coordinate with the account management team to ensure smooth campaign delivery and client success.
  6. Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the influencer marketing space. Leverage this knowledge to position their platform effectively in the market.


  1. Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales or business development, ideally within the advertising, digital marketing, or influencer marketing industry.
  2. Influencer Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of influencer marketing strategies and the role of influencers in brand promotion.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
  4. Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  5. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and secure partnerships.
  6. Results-Driven: Motivated by meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  7. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology, including CRM tools and other sales-related software.
  8. Team Player: Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve collective goals.
  9. Passion for Influencer Marketing: Genuine interest in the influencer marketing space and the potential it holds for brands and content creators.


The role is fully remote


We offer a competitive salary, commission structure circa $120-130K + comms
