As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of eCommerce and Affiliates to lead our efforts in monetizing our content and expanding our online presence.

Job Summary:

The Director of eCommerce and Affiliates will be responsible for developing and executing the eCommerce and affiliate commercial content strategy monetisation This role will involve maximizing revenue opportunities by leveraging affiliate partnerships, managing eCommerce initiatives, and optimizing the user experience to drive conversions. The successful candidate will lead a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Ecommerce Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive eCommerce strategy to drive revenue growth and enhance user experience.

Affiliate Marketing: Identify, negotiate, and manage affiliate partnerships to expand the company’s affiliate marketing program.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of eCommerce and affiliate marketing professionals to achieve departmental goals.

Revenue Optimization: Continuously analyse and optimize the performance of eCommerce and affiliate marketing efforts to maximize revenue.

Content Integration: Collaborate with editorial and content teams to seamlessly integrate eCommerce opportunities into editorial content while maintaining editorial integrity.

User Experience Enhancement: Work closely with the UX/UI team to improve the online shopping experience for users, ensuring a seamless journey from content consumption to purchase.

Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to monitor key performance metrics, analyze user behavior, and make data-driven decisions.

Revenue and Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for eCommerce and affiliate marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Compliance: Ensure all eCommerce and affiliate marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
