Sennior Sales Manager

Salary – £60-75K + 50% uncapped comms (depending on experience level).

The Opportunity:

I’m hiring a GroupM Salesperson for a flying global AdTech company.

They have global trading deals with GroupM and Publicis and have been scaling rapidly in the US and UK and this role would be about driving further awareness across the various client teams across Mindshare and Wavemaker. Ultimately, you’ll be tasked with evangelising the solution within those target agencies, and driving knowledge of their product capabilities and how they can help advertisers achieve their goals, which will ultimately lead to deals helping the business achieve both its growth and revenue objectives.

Their product is highly sophisticated with products around Dynamic Creative Optimisation as well as Dynamic Format Optimisation. They also collect unique data sets which help them serve more relevant and more effective ads, with an emphasis on driving performance & results through their advanced programmatic solutions. Their product team has made a series of smart decisions over the years which has led to their positive market positioning right now which has helped them secure big deals with the above agencies.

Key experience required:

• You’ll be experienced selling to media agencies, ideally across WPP and will have existing network there ideally.
• Comfortable building relationships, keeping front of mind with clients.
• Ability to manage entire 360 sales process and proficient at pipeline management
• Confident talking about complex digital advertising solutions and wider knowledge of the digital media & programmatic ecosystem
