Agency Sales Manager – Omnichannel Ad Server & Monetization tech (SSP) – CTV & InApp

Salary – €85-110K Base + OTE 

German based remote role

The Role

This role is selling this platform to German, French and UK media agencies and some DSPs

  • Identify, assess, present, and secure new business opportunities with buyers such as Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) and agencies
  • Utilising an omni-channel sales strategy including your own network and breaking into new agency accounts
  • Sell and win within programmatic teams with agencies and some DSPs
  • Work closely with the marketing team to shape the GTM
  • Handle the complete sales process from initiation to closure and upselling, encompassing prospecting, needs analysis, assessment, proposal creation, justification, deal finalization, and seamless onboarding with Sales Engineering and Account Management.
  • Establish yourself as an authority in mobile, Connected TV (CTV), and in-app programmatic buying trends within the ad tech and digital ecosystem.
  • Participate actively in industry events


  • 5 years experience in ad tech sales, ideally an SSP
  • Must have experience selling ad tech into media agency programmatic teams in Germany as well as France and UK
  • Must have a strong knowledge of programmatic advertising
  • Great English language communication skill, German will be a big plus
  • Must be based in Germany and have the right to work there
  • Can show you’ve consistently won business
  • Can show longevity in roles
