Up to £35k base + OTE

The Role:

As a BDM/Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue from agencies and clients, working closely with their operations, product, and leadership teams.

This position reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Relationship Management: Partner with clients and agencies to understand their business goals and marketing objectives. Build, maintain, and manage relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring the delivery exceeds client expectations and identifying new opportunities.
  • Business Development: Drive new and existing business by leveraging market insights to develop valuable recommendations. Develop and maintain a pipeline of business through prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals. Represent the company and promote our B2B offerings to potential clients.
  • Collaboration and Alignment: Work closely with cross-functional teams in product, marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment in messaging and partnerships. Collaborate effectively to drive revenue growth and achieve shared objectives.

About You:

  • Self-Starter and Solution-Oriented: You have a proactive attitude, demonstrating entrepreneurship and agility in your thinking. You are solution-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Digital Advertising and Technology Knowledge: You possess knowledge in digital advertising and technology, with an analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis.
  • Strong Communication and Relationship Building: You have excellent interpersonal skills and can build strong relationships with agency staff and clients. You are comfortable organizing meetings, events, and engaging with clients in various settings.
  • Results-Driven: You have a track record of taking initiative to drive growth and achieve strong client outcomes. You are goal-oriented and capable of delivering against KPIs and targets.
  • Flexibility and Availability: You are willing to work a mix of office and remote hours, with a requirement to be in the office at least three days a week and available for face-to-face client meetings five days a week.


  • Sales Experience: At least 1 year of sales or agency account management experience, demonstrating a successful track record in driving revenue and building client relationships.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with strong organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and precision are essential.
