Our client is a leading Global SSP in the fasting growing sector of Programmatic Advertising – DOOH.

This is a senior hire in charge of building our new Media Owner relationships across the UK, EMEA, APAC and US.

Its a new role created to capitalise on the incredible growth the business is seeing within this space. They are looking for someone who can talk to both Senior Commercial and Technical stakeholders, sharing the vision of partnering and closing deals.

– The role requires brilliant interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross functionally within the company in international markets, to leverage support and contacts to target new business.

– A main part of the role is asking the right questions, understanding the Media Owners commercial positioning, understanding their technical set up and ensuring you can work with product and technical teams to deliver a better solution than competitors.

– Another part of the role will be working closely with the wider team to validate prospective Media Owners, understanding who you believe are the right fit for platform and where you believe there is a commercial partnership opportunity. So the ability to quickly research and analyse opportunities is key, then execute, pitch and close deals.

– Managing up is crucial, working closely with senior team members internally (commercial and technical) to bring the right stakeholders to the table to brainstorm ideas.

Experience: 5+ years experience in a key Supply / Pub Dev role within AdTech.

Skills:

  • Key account management / business development – ability to quickly build relationships with Global Media Owners, at a variety of seniority levels and across multiple functions.
  • Commercial negotiation – ability to build out commercial proposals and manage contractual discussions.
  • Making the complex simple – ability to discuss the technical set up, how it could work, what is required as a minimum to partner and what features could benefit the Media Owner.

 

  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to understand the end-to-end programmatic digital OOH ecosystem, as well as the key SSP platform and features.
