We’re not supposed to be biased, but it’s hard not to smile everytime we get to support this agency on hiring. With a roster of house hold growth led clients, they have their agency set up so all digital channels work together, not independently, and if i’m honest, their holisitc approach to integrated media means you’re going to be incredibly exposed to all channels, but one of the experts they have in paid social.
Each team member is end-to-end, from setting the strategy, to integrating their approaches to planning and then activating in platform. That also goes for the Head of Activation, who rolls up their sleeves and gets stuck in to help support their clients. So really, you’ll be responding to client briefs, crafting media plans, setting up campaigns, trading & optimising delivery, as well as crafting & presenting reports and post-campaign analyses to clients.

What do you need to have been doing to nail this job?
- Experience inpaid social, you’re highly proficient in planning, activating, optimising and reporting across diverse campaign types and advertiser categories.
- Previously worked on both brand & performance campaigns.
- Experience across Meta, Twitter and TikTok. Ideally also Snapchat, LinkedIn, Reddit, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
- Good technical understanding of tracking, tag management, and CAPI. GA4 and Campaign Manager experience is also and added bonus.
