This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking ad tech business that’s challenging the status quo—and they’re now looking for an Agency Sales Manager to join their commercial team in London.
The Role:
This position is all about building and nurturing agency relationships, driving managed service sales, and helping brands deliver smarter, more sustainable campaigns.
📌 Strong contacts and experience working with Publicis agencies is essential—this role requires someone with existing relationships and a deep understanding of how to unlock opportunities within that network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with media agencies, with a particular focus on Publicis
- Pitch and close tailored managed service campaigns using the company’s unique ad formats
- Deliver strategic, compelling presentations that demonstrate real value to agency clients
- Proactively identify new opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction
- Stay ahead of digital advertising trends to offer innovative, future-facing solutions
- Keep accurate records of all sales activity and client communications
About You:
- 3–5 years of digital media sales experience, ideally with a focus on managed service or direct campaign sales
- Proven connections within Publicis and experience working across its agency network
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- A passion for digital innovation and sustainable advertising solutions
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded
- Knowledge of programmatic or decentralised advertising models is a plus
