UK Agency Sales Manager – Gen Z / Millennial Global Current Affairs and Lifestyle Content Portfolio

 

My client is an aspirational international lifestyle current affairs brand producing agenda-setting content across a number of touchpoints, including social, owned, and operated websites. With years of heritage, my client produces stunning content that has reached millions of users globally. The other part of my client’s portfolio features a host of iconic Gen Z lifestyle content brands in the social and lifestyle space that entertain millions of consumers across all social touchpoints.

We are seeking a well-connected agency sales professional who is a digital specialist and also has an unparalleled black book of media agency planners and buyer contacts at Top 6 Agency Holdcos, plus Agency Trading Desks.

The ideal candidate will be a tenacious, polished seller with a proactive hunter mentality who can present to large groups and also have a consultative style with them, able to work with internal teams of editorial, operations, data, delivery, and creative solutions to propose larger-scale strategic propositions from the portfolio.

Role requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of digital display – direct IO, programmatic (PG and PMP)
  • Consultative seller – able to sell audiences, concepts, context and against editorial environments
  • Knowledge of video advertising, pre-roll, programmatic, display
  • Strong network of media agency planner, buyer/decision maker relationships
  • Proactive seller able to build and convert large pipelines
  • An interest and passion for news media and current affairs
