Account Executive (360 New Business Sales for the US market) – CX & Customer Services SaaS Tech

Up to £75k base x2 OTE

Hybrid working – 3 days P/W in the London office

*This role is based in the UK selling into the US market

The Company

This tech is bringing customer service into 2025 by letting customers engage with brands over whatever channel they prefer (Whatsapp, Email, Facebook chat ect) and for the brands to manage and personalise the experience all from one platform.

Instead of forcing customers down annoying automated calls with dead ends they can reach out in way that’s quicker, cheaper and better for their experience of the brand.

For the customer service agents they can see all on one dashboard where the customer has been engaging for with the brand, whether they initially called, then emailed and whatsapped – making for a better customer experience and getting everything resolved quicker.

The Role

  • This a 360 sales role selling to mid market US companies (but you’ll be based in the UK)
  • ACV 40k, 3-4 month deal cycles, circa 600k quota
  • Selling to B2C brands (ecommerce, Direct 2 Consumer, retail etc), technology and subscription brands
  • You’ll have an SDR who will generate about 50-60% of your pipe so you’ll still want to be generating some of your own pipeline
  • Qualify and do a full discovery of clients – this is not a transactional sell

Requirements

  • You must have at least 18 months SaaS closing experience, with your own quota, closing your own deals
  • Great at & happy to generate your own pipeline still
  • Ideally your SaaS closing experience is in marketing tech, CX tech, customer service tech or anything similar
  • Can come into the office at least x3 days p/w
  • Happy to work US hours or slight different to UK like 10-7pm
