We are looking for a Head of Paid Media who can do more than run great campaigns. You will define and evolve the paid media proposition, lead a talented team, and shape the future of our offering across social, search, and programmatic. You will think commercially, act creatively, and inspire those around you to push beyond industry best practice into territory that is truly differentiated.

This is not just about managing media spend. It is about using AI tools to unlock new efficiencies, ideas, and insights. It is about spotting the moments where data and creativity collide to deliver exceptional results. And it is about building a high-performance culture where experimentation, learning, and growth are the norm.

You will own and evolve the paid media proposition, keeping it ahead of the market. You will lead strategy and execution across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and beyond. You will mentor and grow a team of specialists, shaping them into industry-leading talent. You will collaborate with data teams to turn attribution insights into performance breakthroughs. You will partner with clients to ensure media is driving real business impact, not just clicks. And you will drive innovation by testing new formats, strategies, and platforms before anyone else.

We are looking for someone with more than 10 years of experience across paid social, search, and programmatic, ideally agency-side. You will have a deep technical understanding of media matched with creative instinct. You will have proven leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams. You will bring a commercial mindset and know how to grow revenue for clients and your own team. You will have a curiosity for AI and emerging tech as tools for better, smarter work, and the ability to translate complex strategies into compelling, simple narratives.
