We’re partnered with a leading AI/Contextual AdTech business, a true innovator in the space, who are seeking an International Agency Sales Director to join their dynamic team in London. This is a crucial senior individual contributor role, focused on driving revenue by targeting international media budgets managed by UK-based media agencies.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to identify, engage, and close deals with media agencies in London that manage significant international advertising budgets.
  • Become a trusted advisor to agency clients, understanding their international campaign objectives and demonstrating how our client’s AI/Contextual solutions can deliver exceptional results.
  • Drive new business acquisition and cultivate long-term partnerships with key decision-makers across various agency departments (e.g., programmatic, planning, buying).
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and client success, to ensure a seamless client experience and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our client’s offering.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and client needs to effectively position our client’s unique value proposition.
  • Exceed ambitious sales targets and contribute significantly to the company’s continued growth.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience as a senior IC in media sales within the AdTech or digital media industry.
  • Demonstrable success in selling to media agencies in London, with a specific focus on securing international advertising budgets.
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem and a strong grasp of AI and contextual targeting solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach with a hunter mentality.
  • Strong network within the UK media agency landscape, particularly with those handling international accounts.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
