Now, as the agency enters its next phase of expansion, they’re looking for a Growth Director to help shape the future of how they grow. This is not about transactional selling; it’s about helping mid-market brands, typically turning over £30–50m, accelerate with confidence and clarity.

Working closely with the Chief Growth Officer, you’ll lead from the front, defining go-to-market strategies, building vertical plays across key sectors, and crafting propositions that turn commercial goals into compelling growth stories. You’ll own around £700k in new business, blending strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, from developing ABM campaigns and shaping content with marketing, to pitching to senior stakeholders and forging lasting client partnerships.

Success here is about precision, partnership, and pace. You’ll bring a founder’s mindset to sales: curious, commercially sharp, and deeply credible. With at least seven years in digital marketing or tech consultancy sales, you’ll know how to connect performance, creativity, and technology to deliver integrated solutions across SEO, Paid Media, CRO, and Web Development.
