Today, they’re a trusted partner to ambitious brands across e-commerce, education, and professional services, blending creativity, data, and technology to deliver measurable results.

Now entering its next phase of expansion, the team is looking for a New Business Lead to drive revenue growth and shape how the agency scales. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you’ll define go-to-market strategy, lead pitches, and personally deliver around £700k in new partnerships with mid-market brands.

This is a strategic yet hands-on role for someone who loves building relationships, crafting commercial stories, and converting complex challenges into clear growth plans. You’ll collaborate with marketing, client services, and product teams to ensure every new partnership starts strong and stays strong.

You’ll bring proven success in digital marketing or tech consultancy sales, ideally across SEO, Paid Media, CRO, and Web Development. You combine commercial sharpness with curiosity and credibility, and you thrive in fast-moving, collaborative environments.
