As they expand their presence in Asia, the Japan team is entering an exciting new chapter. They’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead growth across agencies and brands, helping shape the business’s future in one of the world’s most innovative markets.

This is not a passive, inherited portfolio role, it’s a strategic growth position. You’ll be driving new business conversations, building long-term partnerships, and developing creative, data-driven solutions that move the needle for clients. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with internal experts in insights, customer experience, and tech solutions, ensuring every campaign delivers measurable impact.

You’re someone who knows the Japanese advertising ecosystem inside out. You bring established relationships across agencies and trading desks, an understanding of how programmatic and data intersect, and a natural ability to connect the dots between technology and storytelling. You thrive on collaboration, lead with curiosity, and see every challenge as a chance to innovate.
