Now, they are looking for a Data Strategy Associate Director to join their Media and Data team in London. This is a key leadership role, responsible for shaping how data thinking powers media, creative, and marketing performance across a portfolio of ambitious challenger brands.
You will lead the creation of data strategies that connect business goals with actionable insight, helping clients unlock the value of their first party data and make confident decisions about where and how to invest. You will design frameworks that fuel precision in targeting, accountability in measurement, and agility in optimisation — bringing together data, technology, and strategy to create clarity in an increasingly complex media world.
As a senior leader, you will guide clients through transformation, acting as both consultant and partner. You will collaborate closely with strategy, creative, and analytics teams to embed data thinking across the consultancy’s output, while mentoring and developing a growing team of data planners. You will also play a pivotal role in new business, shaping the consultancy’s evolving data proposition and contributing to its continued growth.
You will bring deep expertise in data strategy, analytics, and modern marketing technology, ideally gained within an agency or consultancy environment. You understand how data drives effectiveness across brand, creative, and media, and you are fluent in the platforms and tools that power this ecosystem. You think commercially, communicate with clarity, and lead with curiosity — combining analytical rigour with the ability to inspire creative and strategic thinking in others.
