As the business accelerates its U.S. growth, they’re now looking for a Publisher Development Manager to play a key role in expanding their North American sports publisher network. This is an opportunity to join a global leader at a pivotal moment, helping shape the next chapter of how digital sports media operates at scale.

In this role, you’ll identify, secure, and nurture partnerships with premium sports publishers across the U.S., helping them unlock new revenue streams and reach broader audiences. You’ll own the entire partnership lifecycle from outreach and onboarding to long-term growth acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for your publishers. Working closely with sales, product, and operations teams, you’ll deliver tailored monetization strategies that drive tangible results for both partners and the wider network.

You’ll bring 3–5 years’ experience in digital media, ad tech, or publisher partnerships, ideally within sports or programmatic advertising. You’re commercially sharp, relationship-driven, and thrive on finding win–wins. An existing network in the U.S. sports publishing or digital media space would be a real advantage.
