In performance marketing, a huge amount of value is created in the space between a click and a conversion and that is exactly where fraud helpfully hides. One fast growing ad fraud prevention and marketing intelligence platform was built to protect advertisers from invalid traffic and make every pound of spend work harder. It has earned trust across Google PPC and Performance Max, and it is now doubling down on a channel that continues to shape acquisition strategies globally: affiliate marketing.

That is where you come in.

They are hiring a Senior Product Manager to sit close to the Chief Product Officer and lead a lean product function, including line management of a Product Owner. Your mission is to build products that give advertisers and affiliate teams the confidence that partner driven growth is real, measurable, and protected. You will take ideas from discovery through MVP, launch, and iteration, with a constant focus on signal quality, attribution confidence, and commercial impact.

A big part of this role is owning the affiliate marketing product direction. You will translate how affiliate programmes actually operate into features that teams will use daily, from understanding publisher and partner types, tracking flows, and network dynamics, to spotting patterns of invalid traffic and conversion manipulation. You will work closely with sales and customer teams to shape how the product is positioned in affiliate conversations, influence the roadmap with real world partner feedback, and help the business expand across multiple verticals including e commerce, retail, travel, gaming, and financial services.

To thrive here, you will bring 5+ years in product management and strong AdTech experience, with a genuine understanding of affiliate marketing ecosystems. You know how affiliate programmes are structured, how performance is measured, and where the risks sit, whether that is click spamming, cookie stuffing, fake leads, or attribution gaming. You will be fluent in the metrics that matter, from ROAS and CAC to CTR and CVR, and you will be able to connect product decisions to movement in those numbers. You will communicate clearly across technical and commercial audiences, and you will enjoy coaching others while holding a high bar for delivery.
