Client Solutions Manager – Influencer Marketing Agency SaaS Tech
*This is 9 month Maternity Cover fixed term contract*

The Opportunity
They’re looking for a Senior Client Solutions Manager to join their Client Solutions team. This role sits at the intersection of client partnership, strategy, and execution. You’ll own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, acting as a trusted advisor while driving strong delivery, retention, and growth.
Reporting into the Head of Client Solutions, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, thinks proactively, and knows how to turn strategy into action.
Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership
- Serve as the day-to-day lead for multiple enterprise brand clients
- Build trusted, long-term client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
- Represent the client internally, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver against goals
- Identify opportunities for account expansion across new markets, formats, or creative solutions
Strategic Communication & Reporting
- Translate insights, performance results, and feedback into clear strategic recommendations
- Deliver polished, executive-ready updates, presentations, and performance reports
- Partner with strategy and product teams to communicate results against KPIs and inform future planning
Campaign Execution Oversight
- Own timelines, scopes, deliverables, and overall quality of execution
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on-brand, on time, and on budget
- Anticipate challenges and drive solutions quickly to maintain momentum
- *You will not be running the campaigns yourself as they have Campaign Managers doing that role
Growth & Retention
- Play a direct role in client retention and revenue growth, with accountability for Net Revenue Retention
- Align campaign strategy to client objectives and stakeholder success metrics
- Build long-term partnerships that lead to repeat and expanded business
Project & Performance Management
- Lead large-scale creator programs from kickoff through wrap
- Track performance, forecast outcomes, and use insights to guide both execution and long-term strategy
What They’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or client-facing account management
- Strong understanding of creator ecosystems and platform dynamics, particularly TikTok and Instagram
- Experience managing and growing enterprise-level accounts
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to connect performance to retention and growth
- Excellent communication skills across both client-facing and internal audiences
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
