Position Overview: They’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven German Speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support their growth in the DACH region. This role is critical to their sales strategy, acting as the first point of contact for potential clients. The ideal candidate will be proactive, enthusiastic, and skilled in identifying and nurturing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events.
  • Lead Qualification: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, qualify leads, and determine the appropriate next steps.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule high-quality meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and provide insights to the sales team.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective outreach strategies and campaigns.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Native or fluent German speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably within the AdTech, eCommerce, or digital marketing sectors.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, sales automation tools, and other technology platforms.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients and internal teams.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, ambitious, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and industry developments.
