My client is a leading social creative agency dedicated to creating award-winning work for global blue-chip brands. My client’s innovative approach to creative innovation work spans across original content creation, influencer marketing, social strategy as well as experiential and community management.

Due to growth, we are seeking a seasoned Managing Partner for Client Services to drive senior relationships with a couple of marquee accounts at the agency as an executive sponsor as well as have a line-in with a host of other accounts.

Job Overview:

The Managing Partner – Client Services will provide senior client relationship leadership across a number of key accounts and be responsible for overseeing and be seen as the most senior point of escalation when required.

This role requires a strong client services strategic thinker with extensive experience in client relationship management, social video content creation, influencer marketing, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate will possess excellent account management, client management, and process framework skills as well as a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, and excel at delivering exceptional client service and results.

The Managing Partner will have excellent commercial acumen and possess the ability to plan and strategize how best to manage the client’s needs and work with internal key stakeholders in the delivery, content creation, production, and delivery teams to ensure the client enjoys a world class service experience.

Key Responsibilities& Attributes:

  • Advanced Client Relationship Management Skills
  • Act as the primary senior point of contact for the client on this account.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships based on trust and integrity.
  • Understanding the client’s needs and objectives to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services and results.
  • Diplomacy and negotiation skills
  • Strategic Planning and Execution
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Oversee weekly and monthly reporting as well as QBRs and PCAs
  • Commercial acumen to help drive recommendations retention and upselling
  • Team Leadership- lead and mentor account managers and other client service professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Commercial Acumen – Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services
  • Lead on retention and renewals working with other department heads
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Project Management, Creative, Production, etc to ensure the smooth running of the client’s campaigns
  • Stay informed over industry trends and emerging opportunities in influencer marketing.
