Job Title: Branded Content Partnerships Coordinator (Entry Level)
Location: London / Hybrid (2 Days in the office)
Salary: £25,000 per annum plus benefits
Type: Full-time
We seek an organised and proactive Partnerships Coordinator to support the growth and management of the branded content division in my client’s business. In this role, you will assist in general admin support, documentation creation, and design, maintaining strong communication with existing partners, researching potential opportunities, and supporting cross-functional teams in executing partnership campaigns for brands.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day admin support, collateral and material localisation, and documentation creation for partnership proposals
- Conduct market research and collate insight for pitches and proposals
- Help coordinate customer-facing trade-marketing partnership initiatives, events, and projects.
- Some support in terms of project management
- Track and report on partnership performance metrics.
- Support internal teams in partnership-related activities and delivering campaigns and general admin support.
Qualifications:
- Minimum A-Levels / Degree Preferable
- A good understanding of social platforms and how consumers use them
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Basic understanding of marketing and partnership concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
