Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced highly-organised, analytical and dynamic Client Services Account Manager to join my client, a YouTube / CTV Ad Platform. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring successful campaign execution, and driving retention and repeat bookings working with media agencies and advertisers utilising our client’s YT / CTV Platform. Our client is a leader in brand-safe high-quality YouTube environments offering advertisers a wealth of content to advertise against. As the Client Services Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring the needs of the media agency and client’s are met with precision and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients (media and advertising agencies) ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Implement, execute, and optimize CTV advertising campaigns using platforms such as Google’s DV360.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams, including commercial, planning, creative, and technical departments, to deliver on campaign goals.
- Provide in-depth performance analysis and reporting to clients, with a focus on campaign optimization and ROI improvement.
- Weekly and monthly reporting/forecasting as well as pulling together end-of-campaign summary decks
- Stay up to date with CTV trends, innovations, and best practices, advising clients on how to leverage the latest technologies for their campaigns.
- Troubleshoot any campaign-related issues and work closely with the programmatic team to ensure smooth delivery.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in digital media and programmatic advertising, with a focus on CTV is a prerequisite for this role.
- Good working knowledge of DV360 (Google Display & Video 360) is essential.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent command of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and PPT
