The Role
- This is a customer success manager role focused on improving customer outcomes, looking at campaign data and coming up with solutions to improve on them
- The primary aim is to keep the account by doing a good job with the client
- Being the day 2day go to person for the account
- This role is not commercial, it is not upselling or renewing the accounts
- This role best suits someone with a few years experience as a customer success manager, customer success associate or campaign manager from another performance marketing tech stepping up
Requirements
- You should come from a similar customer success or campaign manager role from a SaaS performance marketing tech
- You should have a strong knowlegde of performance marketing including the key metrics
- You should be able to analyse performance marketing data and be able to spot how to improve said campaigns
- Ideally you will have experience working with retai, ecommerce, fashion or luxury brands
- Can come into the London office x3 days a week
- Have longevity in most of your roles
