A few years ago, a team of performance marketing specialists set out to create an agency with one clear goal, to deliver measurable growth through precision targeted digital campaigns. They believed programmatic should be transparent, data rich, and engineered for continual optimisation, and they built a business designed around exactly that.

Today, this independent agency partners with ambitious brands across industries, using advanced analytics, automation, and programmatic buying to drive high performing campaigns. Following recent investment in next generation technology partnerships, they are now looking for a Programmatic Manager to help elevate technical delivery and innovation across their programmatic portfolio.

In this role, you will have full hands on responsibility for campaigns across display, video, audio, and emerging formats. That means configuring campaigns in DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, or Amazon DSP, implementing tracking via Floodlight, Google Tag Manager, or equivalent, building custom audience segments, setting up pixel based retargeting, and managing complex bid strategies. You will use AI powered optimisation tools to refine delivery in real time, apply automation to reduce manual workflows, and work with API integrations to connect data sources and enhance reporting.

You will actively troubleshoot delivery issues, run controlled experiments to improve performance, and collaborate with analysts to interrogate both first and third party data, refining audience strategies for maximum impact. You will also play a role in testing emerging programmatic tech, from algorithmic bidding models to creative versioning engines powered by machine learning.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven hands on campaign management experience in at least one enterprise DSP (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, etc.)

  • Strong understanding of tagging, tracking, and verification tools (e.g. GTM, IAS, MOAT, DoubleVerify)

  • Deep knowledge of audience targeting methodologies, AI assisted bid optimisation, and attribution models

  • Experience with automation scripts, workflow streamlining, and API based data integrations

  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work methodically under pressure

  • Comfort working with large data sets, generating actionable reports, and presenting insights to both technical and non technical stakeholders
