Product Marketing Manager

Data & SaaS | London (Hybrid) | up to £70,000

In the ever-expanding world of data, many organisations still struggle with a simple but critical challenge: their data is everywhere, fragmented across tools, platforms, and systems. This company was founded to change that. Their mission is to centralise and transform complex data into actionable insights, helping ambitious businesses unlock the full potential of their information. Today, with £4m in recurring revenue and fresh investment behind them, they’re entering an exciting new chapter: a sharpened product focus, a new wave of innovation, and a greater emphasis on sales and marketing to fuel growth.

At the heart of their product sits an all-in-one ELT platform, which gives technical users the power to build and manage data pipelines from scratch. More recently, the business has launched powerful Data Apps, layering AI and predictive models onto client data to deliver insights that feel more like foresight. Whether it’s automating processes, integrating machine learning, or competing with larger enterprise solutions in one-to-one pitches, this company has built a reputation for agility, precision, and impact.

Now, they’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help shape the next stage of growth. This is more than a classic product marketing role, it’s about blending positioning, packaging, and go-to-market strategy with hands-on growth marketing. You’ll define how the proposition resonates with its ideal customers, and then bring it to life through campaigns, content, and sales enablement that fill and convert the pipeline. From pricing strategy and feature launches to email campaigns, webinars, and lead generation, you’ll be at the centre of a sales and marketing engine that’s ready to thrive. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll also manage a Marketing Executive and collaborate closely with sales, product, and consultancy leaders.

The right candidate will be a creative, data-driven storyteller with proven experience in SaaS product marketing, ideally within a scale-up environment. You’ll combine technical literacy with commercial savvy, able to translate complex products into compelling value, while executing campaigns that drive measurable growth. Experience with HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and email marketing tools will be a plus, but above all, we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, semi-remote environment where curiosity, collaboration, and impact matter.
