Technical Account Lead – SportMartech Client
A rapidly growing AI-driven sports technology company seeks a Technical Account Team Lead to support its global clients and drive excellent technical delivery.

Role Summary:
You will lead a team of technical solution specialists, ensuring successful onboarding, integrations, and ongoing support of key strategic customers. You’ll act as the senior technical contact for clients, drive high-level discussions, and manage complex technical projects end-to-end—from discovery through to delivery. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, R&D, and customer success to capture requirements, design scalable solutions, deliver stream tests, aid data validation, and resolve technical blockers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a technical team, ensuring quality and timeliness of delivery.
- Engage in strategic client meetings and work across all stakeholder levels.
- Oversee custom integrations, technical implementations, and platform tests.
- Use SQL, review code samples, and ensure data-driven decision making.
- Improve internal processes, documentation, workflows, and resolve impediments proactively.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in a technical, customer-facing role, with 2+ years in leadership.
- Solid experience delivering external technical projects, involving APIs, web architecture, and integrations.
- Strong with SQL, data platforms, and the ability to understand code for debugging or issue identification.
- Excellent relationship, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
