Revenue Operations Manager – SaaS – Risk Management
Can be remote in the UK ideally you’ll be based near London/Southern England

What You’ll Do
- Act as the Salesforce subject matter expert, managing configuration, automation, and integrations.
- Optimize and maintain the revenue tech stack — spanning CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, and analytics platforms.
- Map, refine, and standardize revenue processes across marketing, sales, and customer success.
- Build and deliver reporting, dashboards, and insights that drive data-informed decisions.
- Champion adoption of tools and processes, providing training and support to commercial teams.
What You Bring
- 4–6 years’ experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles.
- Advanced Salesforce skills (certifications such as Administrator or Advanced Admin preferred).
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo), sales engagement (Outreach, Salesloft), and analytics tools.
- Proven ability to optimize workflows, drive adoption, and align teams around shared revenue goals.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
