Senior Agency Sales Manager – (Dentsu & Publicis)
Salary – Up to £58,000 to £63,000 + 50% bonus
Hybrid working – 3 days per week in the office
30 days annual leave
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join their team as a Senior Agency Sales Manager selling to Dentsu & Publicis. Your main objective will be to drive revenue growth by promoting their advertising and product solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and sourcing to identify potential independent agency partners.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with independent agencies, both existing and new.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the independent agency portfolio.
- Educate agencies about the advertising and product solutions available, leveraging our high attention ecosystem and data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with client services to develop media plans based on advertisers’ requirements and ensure timely delivery.
- Present compelling media proposals to existing and prospective clients.
- Analyze inventory and pricing options to align with campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, ad ops, ad managers, agency sales, and client sales) to create a comprehensive agency communication plan.
- Collaborate with technical account management, agency sales, ad ops, and product teams to resolve issues hindering advertiser performance.
Required Experience/Skills:
- Extensive experience working with independent agencies, particularly in digital advertising (including display and video solutions).
- Proven ability to interpret data and make informed business recommendations.
- Strong track record in sourcing, developing, and maintaining successful business relationships that drive revenue growth.
- Excellent presentation, organization, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Google Docs, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce.
