I’m hiring for a really cool business in Digital Advertising. They were just 3 people 4 years ago and now they are around 400 + globally in a story of very impressive growth and success.
In the UK, the team has steadily been growing from humble WeWork beginnings to having their own office and a growing reputation with clients.
They have a leading product built for the modern advertiser’s needs & for the future! They are established across Europe and scaling quickly in the UK with some very strong product offerings built around Video & CTV + Creative Production

– Contextual & cookie-less semantic targeting solution
– Brand safe and appears in premium publisher environments
– Have their own in-house creative Video Producers helping publishers create content they can monetise.

– Interactive / Creative formats and shoppable ads to drive sales and advertiser KPIs

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pre-sales support
- Campaign deal setups
- Creative requests
- Site list curation
- Data targeting planning and forecasting
- Revenue forecast management
- Responding to client briefs o Preparation for key meetings
- Post-sale campaign management support
- Contribute to the end-to-end campaign process, including daily campaign health checks
- Work with the campaign operations team on deal creation, troubleshooting, optimizations, and reporting
- Pulling platform data, analysing and preparing them in a digestible format o Update and maintain campaign tracker
- Conduct inventory availability forecasts
- Help with client reporting, PCAs & cast studies
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience in digital media sales or media agency account management / operations
- Knowledge of Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint
- A good understanding of common digital marketing concepts
- Willingness to take responsibility, ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines
- Efficiency, organisational skills and detail orientated
- Goal-driven mindset, endurance, reliability, authority, and self-confidence
- Strong communication – written and verbal
- Superior people skills to develop productive relationships with clients, direct reports and colleagues within the team
- Conceptual skills and distinct capacity for logical thought
