As the company expands, they’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Growth Marketing Leader to spearhead our US growth initiatives.
Reporting directly to the SVP of NA, you will collaborate with various departments to bolster Brand Awareness and drive revenue growth for our Commercial Operations.
- Develop and lead US growth marketing initiatives to generate leads and create opportunities for our commercial team.
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of our brand strategy and positioning, both in the US and globally, while maintaining a consistent tone of voice.
- Work closely with the Comms team to craft an award-winning strategy that showcases our work as innovative and disruptive.
- Devise growth strategies to expand our presence across key states in the US.
- Manage the US growth marketing budget in collaboration with the SVP and CEO.
- Cultivate long-term partnerships with brands, platforms, and agencies to align with our business goals.
- Utilize event and conference marketing to drive lead generation and sales, establishing us as thought leaders in the creator economy.
- Monitor and report on performance to ensure we achieve our marketing objectives and drive business success.
- 6-9 years of growth and experiential marketing experience, ideally in the media space, with content and paid social expertise.
- Ideally some people management experience, having led and developed regional or global marketing teams.
- Proven experience in developing successful product marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM processes, e.g., Hubspot.
- Strong background in high-volume growth, preferably in the B2B realm.
- Understanding of working with an early-stage company.
- Demonstrated success in building customer bases from the ground up.
