Paying circa $120-130K ($200K OTE, which you can overachieve)

They are a leading Adtech SSP (Supply-Side Platform) specializing in CTV (Connected TV) advertising solutions. They empower publishers to maximize their revenue through cutting-edge technology and innovative monetization strategies. They’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven supply facing sales person to join their team and drive the growth of their CTV product with a number of publishers and app developers.
As a Publisher Development Business Developer you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and developing partnerships with publishers to expand our CTV advertising ecosystem. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and shaping the future of CTV advertising.
- Identify and target publishers in the CTV ecosystem to onboard onto our SSP platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers and app publishers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives, negotiations, and account management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of CTV ad solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to inform business strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in sales and business development within the AdTech industry, with a focus on CTV being a bonus
- Strong understanding of the CTV ecosystem, programmatic advertising, and SSP technology.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A passion for digital advertising and the evolving media landscape.
