Role – Senior Analytics Executive
Location – London (hybrid WFH set up)
Salary – up to £35,000 + 12.5% bonus
One of London’s greatest independent agencies is looking for a new Senior Analytics Executive to work across a wide range of different clients, collating and delivering data to ensure the agencies success.
The agency themselves take pride in having a fantastic work culture, with a promote within and hire underneath mindset and some of their staff having left and come back later on in their careers – which is rare to see these days! The culture really bleeds from the top down and you can take one look at their senior leadership team and recognise immediately that they genuinely care about the people who work in the business and want them to do the best work they’re capable of.
Now for the role itself, you’ll be heavily involved in the analytics for your client portfolio across the UK market. Experience in platforms like Tag manager, GA4, and knowledge of traditional activation channels alongside data warehouses, bid query and dashboarding is crucial to succeed in this role. You’ll be expected to lead client conversations from the front, engaging with them and providing invaluable insights to ensure they meet their business goals.
This role involved working alongside planning, strategy and activation teams internally to ensure smooth running of the wider teams output on a day to day basis, alongside being involved in the mentorship of one junior, teaching and developing their skillset to ensure that the whole team succeeds.
