Responsibilities:
This role will be the sole APAC CSM so you will have lots of freedom and flexibility, as well as responcibility over all the APAC clients.
- Client Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with clients in the APAC region, serving as their primary contact and offering strategic guidance on utilizing our technology effectively.
- Campaign Optimization: Assist clients in executing successful campaigns on platforms like DV360, Google Ads, and Facebook by sharing tailored strategies and performance-enhancing tactics.
- Retention and Growth: Develop and update account plans, proactively engage clients, and understand their evolving needs to ensure client retention and business growth.
- Strategic Consultation: Offer strategic advice and support clients in achieving their primary KPIs, working closely with them in a consultative role to enhance their advertising investments.
- Technical Support: Help clients navigate technical challenges, provide training, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate product integration to ensure a seamless experience.
- Data Analysis: Analyze client data to identify trends and challenges, create actionable solutions, and lead initiatives to drive performance and reduce costs.
- Product Feedback: Collaborate with our product team, conveying client feedback and insights to contribute to the enhancement of our product suite.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years in customer success management, programmatic trading, or advertising operations. Familiarity with brand safety platforms, Google Ads, and DV360 is essential.
- Commercial Acumen: This role requires someone who has experience over the last few years in retaining and growing an account spend
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adjust communication styles for various organizational levels and regions.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel. Experience with other analytics tools is a plus.
- Empathy and Consultation: Ability to empathize with clients, understand their needs, and translate technical complexities into simple concepts for enhanced comprehension.
- Independence: Self-starter with strong time management skills, capable of working independently and supporting clients in-market and internationally.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required.
