CTV Publisher Development / Business Development Manager – AdTech SSP / CTV platform
Up to $170k base / nearly double OTE
Role can be Hybrid in New York City or Remote across Florida, New York, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah or Washington D.C.

As a prominent Adtech SSP (Supply-Side Platform) focused on CTV (Connected TV) advertising solutions, they excel in enabling publishers to optimize their earnings through advanced technology and inventive monetization approaches.
Currently, they are in search of a dynamic, results-oriented sales professional with a supply-facing role to contribute to their team. This individual will play a crucial role in expanding the reach of their CTV product by collaborating with various publishers and app developers.

- Target and engage with CTV ecosystem publishers for onboarding onto our SSP platform.
- Cultivate and nurture robust connections with both publishers and app developers, comprehending their requirements and delivering customized solutions.
- Propel revenue expansion through strategic sales endeavors, effective negotiations, and adept account management.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and efficient delivery of CTV ad solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive dynamics, utilizing insights to inform and enhance our business strategy.
- You must come from an adtech background, ideally an SSP with a strong understanding of CTV & Programmatic
- You have recent experience of winning publishers/working supply side – a massive plus would be winning CTV publishers
- Based in one of the states, stated above
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A passion for digital advertising and the evolving media landscape.
