We are seeking a creative and results-driven YouTube Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our YouTube content strategy, optimise video performance, and enhance audience engagement.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive YouTube content strategy aligned with overall marketing goals and driving greater viewership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand identity across all content.
YouTube Thumbnail Design Strategy:
- Conceptualise and implement effective thumbnail design strategies to increase click-through rates (CTRs) and video visibility.
- Stay updated on industry trends and design best practices to keep thumbnails visually appealing and engaging.
Video Analytics and Optimisation:
- Utilise YouTube analytics tools to assess video performance, audience demographics, and viewer behaviour.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations to optimize content for better engagement and reach.
SEO and Keywords Optimisation:
- Conduct thorough keyword research to enhance video discoverability and ranking on YouTube.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve video visibility in search results and related content recommendations.
- Foster audience interaction and community growth by responding to comments, messages, and feedback.
- Implement strategies to increase subscriber count, likes, shares, and overall engagement metrics.
Collaboration and Cross-functional Communication:
- Work closely with the creative team, video production team, and other relevant departments to ensure a cohesive content strategy.
- Collaborate with influencers and partners for cross-promotion opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a YouTube Marketing Manager or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, analytics, and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools for creating engaging thumbnails.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Familiarity with video editing tools and techniques.
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
- Passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging platforms.
- Ability to analyse competitor channels and market trends.
