Technical Account Manager – AI, AI Search and Generative Search Platform

Up to $160k base + Bonus (Some Flexibility)

**It’s a remote role however you must be based on the East coast of the the USA

The platform provides a comprehensive API suite, enabling developers to construct artificial intelligence-driven search engines for unstructured data.

An AI search engine specializing in unstructured data offers Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) as a service (RAG-as-a-service).

This solution addresses the challenges associated with building an in-house RAG system, which involve complexities like data management, continuous operation, integration with existing systems, and cost considerations. The service provides a comprehensive and end-to-end solution tailored for enterprises, ensuring 100% data security and privacy.

  • The platform has lots of features and is very powerful

The Role

This is a technical role, focused on being the technical face of the company with clients as well as being the relationship owner and spotting commercial opportunities:

  • You will be the primary point of contact for newly won clients
  • Onboarding new customers, starting with just before they sign ensuring they feel confident it will be a smooth onboarding process and after they sign the contract getting them onboard the platform with training and support
  • Day to day relationship management
  • Retain and renew the accounts – working closely with the sales team to identify cross/up sell opportunities withing the existing client base
  • Resolve technical issues, debugging, implementing APIs, custom coding in the front end
  • Be the bridge between the client and internal technical teams
  • Continuous client education
  • Reporting – track and analyse KPIs and report back on number to the team
  • As a start up you’ll be helping write onboarding process and playbooks

You

  • You are a mix of technical and client facing, you must have experience with APIs and writing solutions in Python and Javascript
  • Ideal backgrounds are anyone from AI, Generative AI, Rag-as-a-service, Large Language Model’s and similar complex solutions
  • You’ll likely be in a technical account management, technical client services, onboarding, pre-sales, solutions consultant, solutions engineering, technical customer success role or an even more technical role like software development and looking to move into a more client facing role
  • If you come from account management or customer success you will need to be great Python and Javascript
  • Experienced, knowledgeable and interested in Generative AI and LLMs
  • You aren’t afraid to get stuck and help with issues, holding the clients hand and making sure everything runs smoothly
  • Based on the east coast of the United States with the right to work there
