My client, a leading global media agency is now looking for an experienced Media Analytics Director to join their team working on one of their premiere Tier 1 accounts. This global brand is very well known with instant brand recognition and has an real abundance of data. This client are famed for how they use data to fuel their business.

You will work across a number of areas of the clients’ business, working proactively to create solutions with data that address their business challenges.

This is a highly consultative and technical role requiring previous experience of working with media data. In this role you will lead on understanding the clients requirements, identify issues and design solutions that address them, ultimately overseeing the implementation of those solutions. In addition to technical proficiency, you’ll be a storyteller, using smart visualisations and extracting insights from the data.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage relationships with senior client data leaders to understand their needs and identify opportunities within their business.
  • Be responsible for the successful delivery of high profile complex projects.
  • Work with agency stakeholders, locally and globally to develop the solution architecture for clients’ BI solutions
  • Bring data to life through analysis and visualisations to maximise decision making capabilities and create efficiencies.
  • Work with the Global client team on Global-led projects, translating and rolling out solutions to meet European requirements.
  • Be a thought-leader in the space, becoming a trusted advisor for senior clients
  • Work with junior members of the BI team to deliver solutions.

About you

  • Significant experience of data analytics within a media environment
  • Excellent communication able to simplify complex data and reporting in plain English
  • Practical experience of agile working
  • Comfortable with SQL, Python and other coding languages
  • Experience of data visualization tools like Tableau & Quicksight
