About the Role:
They are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to join our growing team in NYC. You’ll work closely with the Brand Partnerships Director and wider team (Creative Strategy/Project Management) to generate revenue growth through innovative and creative brand partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and build relationships with key clients across your designated territory (both agencies and direct), collaborating with the wider Brand Partnerships team.
- Strategically and creatively build a strong long-term pipeline of potential clients.
- Establish comprehensive and ambitious client briefs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft winning proposals and deliver successful campaigns.
- Attend client meetings and presentations.
- Organize client entertainment activities.
- Achieve quarterly sales targets.
- Continuously work with internal departments to improve and promote our Brand Partnerships offering.
- Identify and understand trends within entertainment, experiences, and social media, and effectively communicate these insights to clients.
Qualifications:
- 2-5+ years of experience in a sales or partnerships role, ideally within the publisher or experience sales sector.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to deliver proposals and manage client meetings effectively.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to navigate ambiguous situations and solve problems independently.
- Creative thinking skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in creating presentations and written pitch materials.
Desirable Skills:
- Strong network of direct client and/or agency contacts, especially across major media agencies.
- Experience in brand partnerships and/or brand experiences.#
