Customer Success Manager – Marketing Tech
Remote role but you must be based on the East Coast of the USA

The product is adds actual real ROI helping brands companies sell more products online – it’s a need to have technology.
They are more stable than most tech companies in the market and growing steadily this year!

- Remote role (ideally they’ll want someone in New York or Texas)
- You’ll be speaking with senior people at well known US household enterprise organisation
The Role
- This is an enterprise CSM role including the day2day, stratedgy, retaining and growing your BoB
- 2-3m BoB across 13-15 enterprise accounts
Requirements
- You must have recent experience in a CSM or AM role at a SaaS marketing tech vendor (1+ years minimum but ideally closer to 2-3 years experience ) – think along the lines of CRO, on site personalisation , social proofing, multi-channel marketing, CX, UX/UI ect
- You also must have experience with the day2day + QBRs + growing accounts
- You must have plenty of experience dealing with US ecommerce companies ideally at enterprise level like Staples, Macys or Adidas ect
- Based in and have the right to work in the USA + be based on the East Coast of the USA
