Commercial Director – eSports
Salary – based on experience – £80 – £120K base + comms
Hybrid Working.
As the Commercial Director at our client, a leading eSports company, you will be responsible for driving and optimizing all revenue streams, including sponsorship, content monetization, rights management, and product placement. You will oversee the development of strategic partnerships with global brands, leveraging the rapidly growing eSports ecosystem. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of both the gaming and commercial landscapes, who can innovate to increase profitability while enhancing brand visibility. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, from marketing to content creation, ensuring that revenue goals align with the company’s growth strategy. The ideal candidate will bring a track record of success in commercial leadership and a passion for gaming culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth through negotiating big-ticket sponsorships, content deals, and partnerships.
- Manage and monetize IP and media rights.
- Develop and execute product placement strategies.
- Build long-term relationships with global brands.
- Provide commercial leadership on all things revenue
