As new markets open and partnerships deepen, the need for a driven Sales Manager to join their growing commercial team has never been greater.

This is a role for someone who thrives on momentum. You’ll be part of a small but ambitious global team, reporting directly to the Head of Demand, and playing a hands-on role in shaping the future of brand partnerships. Every day will bring opportunities to connect with agencies and advertisers, translate gaming passion into commercial success, and help redefine what effective brand engagement looks like in this space.

Your mission will be to identify and secure new partnerships with leading brands and media agencies, managing the full sales cycle from first contact through to signed deals and lasting relationships. You’ll have autonomy over your pipeline and the chance to expand business across key European markets, including France, Germany, Spain, and Italy. You’ll be the voice of a category-defining technology — one that’s reshaping how brands appear in the digital entertainment landscape.

You’ll bring at least four years of sales and business development experience within Media, Advertising, or AdTech, with a proven track record of building relationships and delivering results. You’re confident, consultative, and commercially sharp — someone who can turn curiosity into opportunity. A passion for gaming or entertainment helps, but what matters most is your entrepreneurial mindset, your ability to earn trust quickly, and your drive to make an impact in a fast-scaling environment.
