An iconic fast-growing global lifestyle and hospitality brand is seeking a Head of Digital Trading to lead the commercial performance of its flagship member-facing app. This strategic role will define how the business drives engagement, revenue, and customer loyalty through digital channels, ensuring that every interaction feels seamless and commercially impactful.
Background:
You’ll own the digital trading strategy—setting revenue goals, shaping merchandising and content plans, and delivering campaigns that boost engagement and drive in-app sales. Working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and creative teams, you’ll ensure every campaign and update aligns with brand values while driving measurable commercial results.
You’ll use performance data to guide trading decisions, identify trends, and optimise conversion, retention, and average order value. This includes managing merchandising, app navigation and architecture, and digital storytelling to surface products, events, and experiences that resonate with members worldwide.
Regularly reporting to senior stakeholders, you’ll translate insights into actionable growth opportunities and champion a culture of digital excellence across teams.
Experience Required:
- Senior experience in digital trading, e-commerce, or product-led commercial roles in a luxury retail / premium luxury members experience environment or app.
- Proven ability to grow digital revenue in an app or platform environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with confidence presenting insights at executive level.
- Experience in campaign management, merchandising, and digital content production.
